Observation

Licensor observed an outlet in the toddler bathroom that is tamper resistant but is not eqipped with a GFCI outlet. Director determined that because the outlet is not used the provider will exchange cover with a solid faceplate, therefore eliminating any chance for harm to children and/or staff.
